Sagittarius! The archer! Well, actually, the centaur archer, but I thought that might look kind of weird to give her a horse body as well. She’d be kind of out of place with the rest of the lot, I think.

Cutie Cthulu!
Man! Talk about one from the archives! This is one of the first pieces I did once upon a time. I thought I had lost this little wonder but I unearthed it while digging through files deep in my hard drive. You can see how certain parts of the style have evolved over the past few years. Moving on…
A friend suggested I draw her as a Cthulu-riddled she-beast and I really couldn’t pass it up. I mean, who could, really?
Demon to some. Angel to others.
Back in October (wow, I’m really keeping current aren’t I?) my mom celebrated her birthday, so I decided to draw her a picture. What did I draw? Was it a sensitive portrait? Was it a luscious landscape? Was it a beautiful and touching reminder of our beloved family pet? Nope. I drew Pinhead. From Hellraiser. Because that’s how we roll.
P.S. She loved it. And how could she not? Look at how adorable this terrifying hell spawn is.
First Grade!
Back during Halloween I came across what was probably the best costume I’ve ever seen. I think costumes tend to go a little too adult or a little too gruesome, so this was such a breath of fresh air. She’s a kid on the first day of first grade and her parents let her dress herself. It was so adorable. It was heart melting. I had to share it with you good folks sooner or later.
Mad Maxine
I love digging through my wardrobe and coming up with new costumes and characters. Even more than that I love digging through someone else’s wardrobe because I can’t help but come away with new characters and inspiration. I think I was going for something post-apocalyptic with this one, but it was still so much fun coming up with it. “Mad Maxine” is perhaps a little too… cheesy… so I’ll let you know when I come up with something better.
Scorpio
Carrying on with the Zodiac leads us to Scorpio. I couldn’t help myself — I had to make her a little squishier than the rest. (I don’t really know why though.)
Larger projects are eating up all of my time, but I’m trying not to neglect my poor little blog. Hopefully there will be neat things to share in the immediate future!
Suzette
This is Suzette. She’s my favorite character from the comic project I just started working on. I’ll have a lot of good updates to share with you kind folk in the not too distant future. At the very least you’ll get to see some of the other character sheets.
P.S.
Suzette looks a lot like Victoria Cross. Incidentally I may change her name to Victoria as a result.
